Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you subscribe to Letters from Rhubarb Lane, you'll receive a monthly letter with accompanying art prints and small gifts. Your subscription will continue on a monthly basis until you choose to cancel.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged at the start of each monthly cycle. Letters are posted on the 15th of each month.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. Simply log in, go to your subscriptions, and select cancel. You can also email us at hello@letters-from-rhubarb-lane.com if you need assistance.

Important: To avoid being charged for the next month's letter, please cancel before the 10th of the month. Cancellations made after the 10th will still receive that month's letter, as it's already being prepared for posting on the 15th.

When you cancel, you'll continue to receive letters through the end of your current paid period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Refunds

Once a monthly letter has been posted, that month's payment is non-refundable. If you cancel before the 10th, you won't be charged for future months.
